About Four Clovers Publishing

Taryn Lagonigro founded Four Clovers Publishing in 2021, in advance of publishing her first book. While deep in the writing process, she felt very protective of her work and knew she wanted to have total control over the process and the rights. She also knew that she wanted to do more than just upload a manuscript to KDP (Kindle Direct Publishing - Amazon) and have it printed. Taryn wanted this book, and future books, to be published through the proper channels to allow them to have multiple distribution channels and be able to be purchased by universities, if desired. From speaking with other authors, she learned that small publishing companies didn’t see the value and therefore did not give attention to works published for the disability community. Seeing a gap, Taryn decided to hire a publishing consultant to learn the right way to publish, and thus, Four Clovers Publishing was born. Named for her four daughters, Taryn wanted FCP to publish meaningful works from herself and many other authors. She also hopes FCP can help bridge another gap - the lack of literature written by or for the disability community. Taryn dreams of publishing works from disabled authors, fiction featuring disabled characters, and non-fiction resources for the disability community.

Taryn has developed a team of book cover designers, digital formatters, and editors who share her vision of bringing these works to light. With two books already published and three (and counting!) in the pipeline for 2024, Four Clovers Publishing is well on its way and hopes that others will join them in this endeavor.
